If I’m not mistaken, that’s Denis Olso in the headband leaning on his bike behind Andy and Stephen in the first photo! He was the Russian that was leading the Ras in the Yellow when he crashed into the Garda motor bike on the wrong side of the road and destroyed it... and then rode away with a broken toe.
The one of Shay on the front of a race in the Park and if you look at the colourful rider stuck on his wheel it's Sean Lally. I can also pick out a young Jason Meredith from Les Jeunes in the background.
I can’t get over how young Brian looks in the Aer Lingus team Photo! I recognise Reg Kearns as well and I raced with the son of one of the other lads but for the life of me I can’t remember his Surname.
Looking at Ian in the '89 Rás photo, it would be great if we could put up video clips because I have a classic of him hitting a wall (I think it was on the Connor Pass) I must look and see if I can edit it and place it on youtube or youplonker!
Finally, I want it noted that in the '91 Tullamore weekend away photo, I’m standing at the front of the bunch ""waiting"" to go (with the same trusty Turbo saddle that’s still on my training bike now), Golden Balls hasn’t even got his shoes on and if you look who's just walked out the door with his bag still in hand.... the Jemser. He’s telling someone what it was like to race when the bow and arrow was a secret weapon! The Mason is hiding because the hotel staff are looking for the fire extinguishers.
